Do I need experience to start?
Not at all! Our lessons are designed to meet you wherever you are—beginner, intermediate, or advanced. You can start right away, and your private instructor will guide you from the very first note, helping you build confidence and enjoy every step of your accordion journey.
What do I need to get started?
All you’ll need is your piano accordion, a device with internet, and a free Zoom account. Most importantly—just bring your excitement to learn! We’ll guide you through the rest.
How long are the lessons?
You can choose between 30-minute or 60-minute sessions, depending on your schedule and learning goals.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
Just let the Front Office Staff know as soon as you can, and we’ll make sure your instructor is updated. If there’s any flexibility in the schedule, we’ll do our best to find a time that works for you.
What if I don’t have a lot of practice time?
That’s completely fine. Your lessons will move at a pace that works for you. Even with just a little practice, you’ll be surprised at how much progress you can make—and there’s never any pressure to rush.
Can I try a lesson before committing?
Absolutely! We offer trial lessons so you can experience how personalized instruction can boost your playing. It’s also a great chance to meet your instructor and see if it’s the right fit for you.
I have a 48 Bass Accordion, will that still work?
Yes! Our program runs right in your web browser, and you can access the lessons on any device — whether you’re using a Windows PC, Mac, Android, iPad, or iPhone. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome.
Do you teach students outside of the USA?
Yes! We have students from all over the world—from Chile and China to South Korea. Just let us know your time zone when you register, and we’ll make it work.
I'm still taking the Piano Accordion Mastery Course, will private lessons still help me?
Absolutely! Private lessons give you personalized guidance and feedback tailored to your needs. Starting sooner means you’ll see results faster. Our instructors know the Accordion Life curriculum and will guide you through it—while also helping you learn the music you love to play!
