I have never watched this musical, but have heard great things about it. It is definitely on my list of movies to watch this summer! I’m thinking about doing a musical marathon party this summer. What are some musicals you would recommend?

Singing in the Rain is probably one of the greatest, if not the greatest musical of all time. My wife and I watch it regularly. Back in the Day, you had to Sing, Dance and Act, to be a great star! Gene Kelly, Don O’Connor and Debbie Reynolds. Were the best of the best. Fred Astaire, Judy Garland, Bing Crosby and any musicals from Rogers and Hammerstein. There are lots of great musicals from the late 1940’s to the early 1960’s.
Another one of our favorites are the Elvis films. Always lots of comedy, Elvis singing, some dance and always entertaining. Some of my favorites are GI Blues, Tickle Me, Clambake and Viva Las Vegas.
